As a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network Hayley has access to a wealth of support and with the continued professional development training can stay abreast of the newest research and treatment protocols to ensure that you are in good hands. Hayley has written and had published two articles within the Journal of Chinese and Oriental Medicine discussing the benefits of Acupuncture for both Assisted and Natural Conception with details of her success stories. Hayley supports you through the whole process from conception preparation right the way through pregnancy and birth into postpartum care if required. Hayley can offer invaluable advice around investigations and Lifestyle advice to optimize your health and subsequent fertility. 

When trying to conceive it is beneficial to  allocate at least 3 months to preparation, this is the time it takes to develop the follicles, regulate Hormones and address any underlying barriers to conception. Although this is optimal you can start Acupuncture at any stage and it can provide a whole host of benefits to you whatever stage you find yourself at. Sessions are ideally undertaken weekly to allow sufficient time to address pathology and if utilising IVF, sessions may be specifically timed around IVF procedures and stages.
